“We get asked to make at least one to two unicorn cakes a week, not including cupcakes,” says Toni Moshen, who owns the bakery with her sister, Chrissy Dalton. “We get quite a bit of requests for them, and within the last six months we have really seen an increase.”
Moshen says she has made unicorn cupcakes, French macarons, sculpted unicorn cakes and more. She even made one unicorn cake that featured a Patron tequila bottle for an adult party.
