Ring in 2015 during First Night Haddonfield
"a family-friendly, alcohol-free evening of fun in Downtown Haddonfield on Wednesday, December 31 from 5:30 p.m. -midnight. First Night features a spectacular New Year’s Eve celebration complete with live entertainment, fireworks, activities and fun for all ages.
A 17-Year Family Entertainment Tradition
Electrifying musical entertainment acts, as well as entertaining presentations of visual and performing arts transforms the downtown into a borough-wide stage. Other festivities taking place during the 5-1/2 hour event includes comedy, magic, children’s entertainment, food and dancing. A spectacular fireworks display will take place at 9 p.m. A Midnight Countdown will be held in the Middle School after the late night dance party with DJ RAY.
This 17-year tradition, filled with smiling faces, hands clapping, laughter and fun is one of the area’s largest gatherings of the arts and entertainment. This year First Night Haddonfield plans to offer something for every member of the family to enjoy – with more than 40 performances in 20 different venues on Kings Highway.
First Night Haddonfield, modeled after ‘First Night USA,’ has become a tradition for over 7,000 area residents and visitors annually. First Night launched in Haddonfield in 1997 as a part of an international alliance of more than 100 cities that showcase the visual and performing arts through New Year’s Eve celebrations that are safe, affordable and fun – all while being alcohol-free.
